3. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 16 years old.
Participants under 18 require written parental consent.
By booking, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate.


4.Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made via Eversports.
Payment is due at the time of booking or according to the selected membership plan.
If payment fails, access may be suspended.


5. Cancellation Policy


5.1 Classes
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before class start
  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) = no refund
  • No-Show = full charge or deduction of credit
5.2 Late Arrival

Entry after class start is not permitted.
Late arrival counts as a No-Show.


5.3 Waitlist

If added from the waitlist, the 24-hour cancellation policy applies.


6. Class Packs

  • Transferable upon written request
  • Not permitted for resale or commercial use
  • Valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Expiry does not reset upon transfer
  • Non-refundable

7. Memberships


7.1 Minimum Commitment

All memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months.


7.2 Automatic Renewal

Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled at least 1 month prior to the next billing date.
Cancellation must be sent to info@thelagreelab.com.


7.3 Membership Freeze
  • Once per contractual year for 1 month without reason
  • Additional freezes only for medical reasons with valid doctor’s certificate
  • No retroactive freezes permitted

8. Studio Rules & Conduct

  • Arrive on time
  • Wear appropriate athletic attire
  • Follow instructor guidance
  • Use equipment safely
  • Respect staff and other members

9. Coffee & Community Space

Use of the lounge and beverage area is at your own risk.


10. Health Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

Lagree training is physically demanding. Participation involves inherent risks.


11. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence in accordance with Austrian law.


12. Photo & Video

Classes and events may be photographed for marketing purposes.


13. Gift Cards

  • Valid for 1 years
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Not redeemable for cash

14. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

Online purchases may be subject to a 14-day statutory withdrawal right.


15. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.


16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.


17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law.


18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
