Lagree

The Method

What is Lagree?

Lagree is a full-body strength workout done on the Lagree Mini Pro. It is high-intensity but low-impact, which means it challenges your muscles without putting pressure on your joints.

The movements are slow and controlled, keeping your muscles under constant tension. This helps build strength, improve endurance, and create visible results.

It’s simple in concept – move slow, stay controlled, feel the shake.

Duration & Intensity

Our classes are 50 minutes long and designed to be efficient and focused. The pace is slow and controlled, but the intensity is high. By moving with precision and staying under constant tension, the muscles fatigue, quickly and deeply. It’s not about rushing – it’s about control. Shorter in time, strong in impact.

The Springs

The Mini Pro uses springs for resistance. Spring tension allows a greater number of muscle fibres to be used throughout the range of motion and makes it difficult to plateau.

The Carriage

Located in the middle of your Mini Pro, this moving platform creates stability in your body. The numbers and lines help to ensure you are working in alignment.

The Platforms

The Lagree Mini Pro features two moveable, rotatable platforms at the front and back of the machine.

They can pivot to different angles and even be lifted upright, allowing for more range, stability options, and exercise variety.

You can stand, sit, kneel, or press from either platform depending on the movement.

The Handlebars

The handle bars are located at the front and back of your machine. They increase the amount of moves you can do, ensuring that class is always interesting!

The Cables

Each Mini Pro has a set of black cables located at the back of the machine. These are used for arm and leg exercises or to provide additional support in certain exercises.
