Rules

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class so you can settle in, get ready, and start strong.

If it’s your first time, come a little earlier - we’ll walk you through the machine and make sure you feel confident before we begin.

Life happens - we allow entry up to 5 minutes after class start.
But we promise, it's worth being on time.
When you step into the studio, you step into your time.

Bring your focus, your energy, and your intention to the room. Once class begins, we train together - fully present, fully committed.

The atmosphere we create is part of the experience. Calm. Supportive. Strong. What you bring into the room matters.
Let’s keep our studio feeling good for everyone. Please wipe down your machine after class and return equipment to its place.

A little reset goes a long way - the next person will thank you.
Every body is different - and that’s exactly how it should be.

Train at your own pace, celebrate your progress, and support the people around you. There’s no competition here - just a room full of people getting stronger together.
